    Re: changing or change

If your sentence begins Is it okay, then I would use to change. If it is an instruction then begin Change the payment.... However, as Rover says, the sentence is very unclear.

    Dear Sir

is it all right for you that we change the payment to day that follows 14 days after the specified on the document?

    Could this work maybe?

Please advise if it is acceptable that we change the payment date to 14 days after the date specified on the document?
