    Nagative aspects of smoking

There are many negative aspects for smoking. Firstly, Smoking can lead to serious complications including asthma, pancreas, lung and stomach cancer due to the large number of carcinogens and other various substances added to it. It is a health hazard for both smokers and non-smokers and it is especially harmful to unborn babies. Although smokers claim that it helps them to relax and release stress. Secondly, Smoking makes you stink. Smoke will be caught in your hair and in your clothes and linger on your skin for hours and hours, sometimes even after you have had a shower or a bath to clean up. It will linger on your breath and stain your nails and your teeth, may be this reflect on your personal relationships. If you want to avoid the dangers of smoking from the deadly to the vain, simply quit smoking, or at least do not smoke as regularly and never smoke around your lover. Do not let your life revolve around the little filtered stick when there are much better and much more important things you could be focusing on. Smoking is not only dangerous for your health, but it can also jeopardize your personal relationships; why would you let something so trivial dominate you?

The change of font suggest that the sentence beginning Firstly, comes from an external source but you have not given any reference.
