Hi all,

Is this sentence correct :

verbless clause : ( with ) $ 1 million lottery at hand, I can relax

Is 'with' an optional and more formal for writing ?

Is it good to use 'with' for verbless clause, especially if the verbless clause is at the beginning of the sentence ?

thanks

Without with, I think it would be better to change the punctuation to a dash or similar.
