    Perhaps:
    .
I think I have earned a bonus. What do you think?

    Can I say

    I demand a payment rise .

Does it convey the same meaning?

No. A pay rise is an ongoing increase in your wage or salary.

A bonus is a one-off payment made for an exceptional reason.

'I demand a pay rise' is a very aggressive thing to say to your boss.

    Re: " Bonus payment"

I feel that my recent performance has been good enough to qualify for a bonus. Please let me know if you agree. Thank you.
