    The authorisation comprises the right to deliver the necessary declarations and signatures, to conclude contracts, and to have them notarised and notified for entry in the real estate register.

    Is it correct to use "notified" as it is used above?

    Some entries are noted. I have never seen notified used for entries as you have used it.

    Perhaps it's a legal term.
