    Twice as much

    Is this sentence phrased correctly?

The sum of cash money per-capita in country A is twice as much as in country B.

"Cash money" sounds odd (to me, as used here). Also 'per capita' is not hyphenated.
I'd write: "The amount of money per capita held in cash in country A is twice as much as in country B." OR
"... is twice the amount held in country B."
