    share the burden of ---

'Under a work sharing system, all the employees have to share the burden of cost cutting.'
I'd like to replace 'share the burden of ' with a simpler expression.

    Is 'bear cost cutting' OK?

    Is 'endure cost cutting' correct?

Re: share the burden of ---

With your phrases, you have omitted the idea of 'sharing'. A little simpler is 'share the load of', 'bear their share of'.
