attractive vs promising vs shows promise

If a certain provision in the contract interest you, how would you say?

"This does sound very attractive, I must say."

    OR

"This does sound very promising, I must say."

    OR

"This does show promise, I must say."

Re: attractive vs promising vs shows promise

Your first sentence indicates that the contract has drawn your interest. The second and third go a bit further, as they imply the possibility of future success resulting from this transaction.
