    What happened?!

    Hi,

    Are these sentences grammatically correct?

    1. What happened?! (with dual quotation marks)
    2.We can have someone from IT team have a look at it.
    3. You never like this before?

    2.We can have someone from the IT team have a look at it.
    3. You were never like this before?
