    singular/plural

"XXX & Partners assume/assumes no liability for the accuracy of the website’s contents."

"XXX & Partners" is a law firm. I'm not sure whether to write "assume" or "assumes."

    Thanks!

    Re: singular/plural

You answered your own question: it's a law firm.

XXX & Partners assume/assumes no liability for the accuracy of the website’s contents

"XXX & Partners" is a law firm; so it should be treat as "it". With that in mind, use assumes, as follows:

XXX & Partners assumes no liability...

As an alternative, you could say: We at XXX & Partners assume no liability...
