    Could you help me better these sentences

    Is there anybody help me better and correct these sentences? Make them more native.

    1. Ads are not the cause of bad eating habits but rather the result of unhealthy eating habits.
    2. Some ads may benefit people's dietary habits.
    3. Other reasons more serious than ads cause bad eating habits.

    4.Ads have both positive and negtive influnce on people's life.

    Could you help me to figure out some same meanings about important reason, like vital cause of ...
