    Nomatter where that sentence comes from, it's wrong ( grammatically),but of course we still hear it or the like from some Native speakers.(.. and I dare not say they are wrong, they speak that way out of habit, I guess.
    I AM DOING NOTHING OR I DO NOTHING are both correct but each depends on the context, the tense.( when you say it..)

    I AM DOING NOTHING is present progressive tenses
    I DO NOTHING is present simple tenses.

    Am I right?
    I doing nothing and Me do nothing.

    I DO NOTHING is present simple tense.
    A better way to say it would be:
    "I'm not doing anything".
    "I don't do anything".

    1,Tense. You are right !
    2, I have already answered you why they are wrong above.

    I am doing nothing and Me (Object pronoun cannot be placed here as a subject, it should be I) do nothing.
