    You say this to someone when they misunderstand your thoughts. It is informal, spoken language and sounds like something a teenager might say. For example, a typical conversation between modern teenagers at school:

    Dylan: The teachers are, like, jerks, we should, like, do something to them.

    Taylor: Like, totally, let's shoot them all.

    Dylan: I was more sort of thinking we could throw rocks at their cars, but OK!

    That's one possibility. (I was more thinking A rather than B)
    It can also mean "I was more thinking than actually suggesting we do it.
