    They mean two particular things. Do some work - you might start with Google. A campus is a collection of buildings in a small area separate from the town with which they're associated.

    In some parts of the world, there may be little difference. In a university that has no campus there is. Try going to Cambridge and asking 'Where is the University?'

    I donīt see a mistake. "In a university that has no campus there is (a difference.")

    You have to understand "a difference" as the complement carried forward from the previous line.
