    company rules violations

    Hello,
A few hours ago I received a homeassignment from one of my students (one of the best, actually), and it has raised a few questions on my part.

    From: Human Resources Department (hr@graystone.cap.net)
    To: All Staff (*@graystone.cap.net)
    Subject: Company Policy Violations

Fellow coworkers, (I would say - To whom it may concern or All staff)
It has come to our attention that some of our visitors have recently been ignoring our rules that apply to them.
To prevent this in future, we remind you to facilitate their acknowledgement of our rules by any means available and watch carefully for them to be followed. ( Maybe - we remind you about the importance of visitor rules enforcement).
Here is an incomplete list of rules you should make sure that every visitor you come in contact with knows and follows:
Visitors are required to wear their guest IDs at all times.
Individuals located (maybe - spotted) without ones will be considered trespassing and might face criminal charges. Should they happen to not have been given a personal ID, the person assigned to the duty will be held responsible and face internal prosecution (maybe - reprimand or internal investigation).
Visitors must be accompanied by staff members at all times at the rate of no less than one staff member per two visitors. Should they be accompanied by a worker that did not complete the training course for guiding visitors in our facility, he (maybe - he/she) will be brought to answer for any mischief conducted by the visitors he (maybe - he/she) brought with him.
Visitors should sign in or out on arrival or departure immediately, as well as when transferred between departments; they might be requested to show their visitor traveler's card which should be stamped with appropriate permission for the location he is at the moment. Should they fail to present the card or otherwise violate this rule, they can and will be removed from the premises and banned (maybe - banned from visiting it) for life.
Visitors absolutely must sign a non-disclosure agreement concerning anything they see, hear, smell, touch, eat or otherwise learn during their visit. In case of agreement violation they will be immediately taken away by men in black suites and glasses who will arrive on a black van with no windows, and may or may not be never heard from again.
We hope you fully understand the problem and will put all efforts to ( I think PUT INTO) dealing with it.

    Always yours,
    Joseph Adama
    Human Resources Department Manager
    Graystone Industries Corporation.

Thank you for your time and help.

    Not a teacher.

    Fellow co-workers, (co-workers is fine)
It has come to our attention that some of our visitors have recently been ignoring
our company rules that apply to them.
To prevent this in future, we remind you to facilitate in their acknowledgement of our rules by any means available and watch carefully for them to be followed. ( Maybe - we remind you about the importance of visitor rules enforcement. (The way it is written is fine, so is your way, both acceptable).
Here is an incomplete list of rules you should make sure that every visitor you come in contact with knows and follows:
Visitors are required to wear their guest IDs at all times.
    Individuals
locatedseen/spotted (maybe – spotted. Yes, seen or spotted makes more sense) without ones will be considered trespassing and mightmay face criminal charges. Should they happen to not have been given a personal ID, the person assigned to the duty will be held responsible and face internal prosecutionreprimand (maybe - reprimand or internal investigation. Prosecution does seem like the incorrect work, both of your alternatives work fine).
Visitors must be accompanied by staff members at all times at the rate of no less than one staff member per two visitors. Should they be accompanied by a worker that did not complete the training course for guiding visitors in our facility, he/she (maybe - he/she) will be brought to answer for any mischief conducted by the visitors
he(maybe - he/she. The “he” here is not needed at all, remove it) brought with him/her.
Visitors should sign in or out on arrival or departure immediately, as well as when transferred between departments; they might be requested to show their visitor traveler's card which should be stamped with appropriate permission for the location he/she is
at the momententering. Should they fail to present the card or otherwise violate this rule, they can and will be removed from the premises and banned from that location (maybe - banned from visiting it) for life.
Visitors absolutely must sign a non-disclosure agreement concerning anything they see, hear, smell, touch, eat or otherwise learn during their visit. In case of agreement violation they will be immediately taken away by men in black suites and glasses who will arrive on a black van with no windows, and may or may not be
    neverheard from again.
    We hope you fully understand
the problem these procedures and will put all efforts into ( I think PUT INTO)dealing with it enforcing them.
