It is necessary to be prepared for a job interview. _______ the answer ready will be of great help.

a--- To have had
b--- Having had
c--- Having

I chose c, but the supposedly right one is b. What do you think of each of the three? Thank you.

Only c is possible, the other two refer to the past, which doesn't fit with the future indicator "will be". Also, I think the plural "answers" would be more likely.

How about 'to have the answers ready' ? Does it work as well as 'having the answers ready'? Thank you.
