    use shift and grammar

Is it possible to use in this context? What about grammar?

1)"If we don't get your reply by Semtember 10th, we will be shifting the order to a different firm."

    OR

2)"If we don't get ............, we are shifting............."

    OR

3)"If we don't get your reply by September 10th, we will have shifted the order to a different firm."

    OR

4)"If we haven't got ..................., we will have..........."

How about, "If we don't get your order by September 10th we will transfer the order to another firm."

The use of shift is incorrect? Suppose I changed it to "transfer", would the gammar be correct with a difference in the meaning?

In AmE you would seldom,if ever, hear/see "shift" used in that way.

There would be a difference in the meaning but how about grammar in 2,3 and 4?

We wouldn't use the Future Perfect Tense in this context?

Which sentence would be natural to you?

#3 is the most natural but, as I have previously indicated, I wouldn't use "shift".
