    expressions with time

Can I say "Do you have the time?", if I want to ask a person if he/she knows what time is? "What time do you have?"

    Re: expressions with time

    • Do you have the time?
    • What time do you have?
    • What time is it?
    • What's the time?
    • Do you know what time it is?
    • May I ask the time?
    • Could you tell me what time it is?

    Correction
... if I want to ask a person if s/he knows what time it is?
