    exploration-inspired details

    What does this mean?

"from military-and-exploration-inspired details to high quality materials"

    It's a headline.

What is an exploration-inspired detail? Inspired by what? By adventurers?

    An "exploration-inspired detail" is a detail inspired by exploration. That's what a hyphen does. A "noun1-participled noun2" is a noun2 participled by (at, in) a noun1.
    "A God-given right = A right given by God."
"A factory-made article = An article made in a factory"

I don't know what your phrase means, especially "details". It might be a military detail. The type of detail they are referring to should be understandable from the body of the article.
