    is this a correct construction

Is '25 Florida Public Records Resources" a correct construction grammatically?

Or a better construction would be: "25 Resources for Finding Florida Public Records"?

I am looking for a construction where I can add "[number] [public records] [something like resources, websites etc]", so if you can tell me if this type of construction is possible, I would be very grateful.

"25 Resources for finding the Public Records of Florida "
This is my suggestion for a title, which I assume is how you'll use it.

This is the worst case of all I would use in case I don't find anything better

The best case for my situation would be "25 Florida Public Records Resources". What about this: "Florida Public Records - 25 Resources?"

Sorry, I thought you were asking for advice. Certainly if "25 Florida Public Records Resources" is the best case for your situation, that is what you should put.

Hi. My question was specifically if there are any grammar errors in that phrase that the average American reader would object to. I've asked a few American friends and they all said the phrase is fine so I guess it's all well in terms of satisfying the basic grammar requirements? :)
