what does word “graphic" mean in this below sentence?

Hi teachers.

I can't find any useful explanation in dictionary about the word " graphic" in below sentence:
When I was watching movie, there is a reminder: "the picture may be extreme graphic & disturbing....

I believe the phrase you mean is; The following picture may be extremely graphic and disturbing.


In this sense graphic refers to detail. The following picture may be extremely diturbing in great detail.

If the film/TV show was made in the US, then "graphic" means that there are either very explicit scenes depicting violence (there might be murders or rapes portrayed onscreen in very bloody, disgusting detail) or sex (scenes showing everything short of actual intercourse). "Graphic" means shown onscreen in detail, perhaps to the extent that the average viewer is not used to seeing.
