    Hi

    Pleaswe let me know if the sentence correct.

    I was thinking of going to elevate( expensive pub). The crowd is up market there.

    I've not heard "up market" before.

    However, "upscale" is definitely acceptable.

    Up-market is a BrE English term and makes sense.

    Up-scale is a more American English term as far as I know but I think they are fairly equivalent.
