    Please let me know.Is it correct? Do we appreciate concerns?


    If somebody says my grandmother passed away.

    Can we say that I apppreciate your concern. However, you have to join the organisation from thursday.

    Yes, it's right to say that you appreciate someone's concern.
    In this case it means, "I understand and take into account your situation, (but you have to join ...)"
