    Please let me know, is further the right word in this context.

    My house is further from your Uncle's.

    "Further than" is correct. You could say "My house is further from your uncle's than your house", for example.

    (1) As you know, there are two comparatives for the adjective

    "far": farther and further.

    (2) Here in the United States, some (some!!!) books give this

    easy "rule":

    Use farther if you are referring to actual distance that you can measure:

    The restaurant is just three blocks farther down the street.

    Use further for all other meanings:

    You will go further in life by treating other people with respect.

    (3) If (if!!!) we follow this rule, I would suggest:

    My house is farther from your uncle's.
