    question

    If we say "

    "Education is very complex.Teachers do not have the right training and as a result they do not teach the students properly."


    Is it correct???

    Grammatically it's okay. I"d put some commas in, but the comma minimalists would not.

    ..., and, as a result, ...

    You could omit the "the" before students.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
