This may be a personal thing, but I use my pleasure as a response (rather old-fashioned I suspect) to thank you. In the situation outlined by Doya, I'd be more likely to say: How nice / That will be nice / I'll be pleased to see you / I'm looking forward to it / etc

I agree with fivejedjon. Some people might say, "It would be my pleasure" in response to an invitation, but just saying "my pleasure" is unnatural to me.

I don't think saying "my pleasure" in response to being thanked is particularly old fashioned, though. Maybe I am already a fuddy-duddy at age 30.
