    Cool Present simple ?

    Hello!

This is a sentence I read on a website: "We use no ingredient that has been originally tested on animals since 1976".

I'm surprised: why is the present simple used here? Shouldn't it be the Present Perfect?

    Thank you

    Re: Present simple ?

Yes - 'since' calls for the present perfect.
