    I'll remember that day as long as I live.

    May I know the "as long as" phrase behind states a condition or the length of memory period?

    Interesting question. The condition idea had not occurred to me before, but it's possible, if highly unlikely.

    The expression is normally understood to mean: ..until the day I die.

    However, in the right circumstances, your other idea is plausible. I am comforting a (possibly) dying person. I say to him, "Don't forget next Friday. We have a big celebration next Friday". He replies with your expression, meaning ... provided that I live.
