    Is there anymistake?

    This 's a radio inteview with Dr.Thrope about modern health issues.
    He tells us about the the bad effects of sleep deprivation.
    Up to 200,000 automobile's accidents are caused by drowsy driven.
    He advised people to change some bad habits;Stop smoking & drinking.
    A lot of home remedies are worked:Having a high-carbohydrate snack like a banana before going to sleep.
    Drinking warm milk.
    Don't eat heavy meal before bed.
    Regular exercise cause better sleep but don't exercise within 3 hours.
    Finally escaping from the task.
    Then If all these things had not worked we could come to the clinic for a night to check us through the night by electric equipment.
