    Unhappy Don't have a book?

I came across many expressions that use auxiliary verbs (if I am correct of the term) to ask a question, but in a statement. I wonder if it is grammatically correct?

    For example:
Don't have a computer? Visit our stores now ...

Is there a better way to improve this question?

    I'm confused.

Not everything is written in grammatical English, or in sentences.
Some examples are signs, headlines, songs, mottos, TV jingles, advertisements ...

Your text means: "If you don't have a computer, you should visit our stores now, because we are having a sale." That's not a very catchy ad.
Actually it means something like, "So, you don't have a computer?"
No, there's not a better way to say that.
