    Smile expression

    (1) Is "project delivery" an acceptable expression?
    (2) If yes, can you give me some examples?

    You have explained in another post what it means.

    Before your answer, it was meaningless to me.

    I would need to see the entire explanation: Under special permission to import, or something like that.
    I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
