    I am not sure that I can explain simply, but here are some examples:

    I recommend this website to all my trainees.
    I recommend (that) you (should) visit this website.
    I'd recommend you to visit this website.
    I recommend visiting this website.
    This is a highly recommended website.

    I advise this website to all my trainees.
    I advise (that) you (should visit) this website.
    I('d) advise you to visit this website.
    I('d) advise visiting this website.
    This is a highly advised website.
