    Post writing a general note

This member is allowed to continue using her driver's license as an id to check out items - as per "mh".

Is the above sentence correct in grammer?

    Please help how to write.

    Re: writing a general note

    I would capitalise ID.

It's correct as long as your readers understand 'as per mh'. I certainly don't.

    Note spelling of grammar.

    Re: writing a general note

I said "as per mh" in the note to make it undersand that it was allowed by someone else (boss Mike H.) .

    Re: writing a general note

    In that case, I suggest

'This member is allowed by MH to continue using her driver's license as ID to check out items.'
