    How should I ask?

If I wanna ask someone if he/she is available for a certain time everyday, should I ask: -

"Are you usually available every day at / on this time?"

    or just

"Are you available this time everyday??"

If the first one, which one's appropriate then?? At or On?

At this time. The first is a bit better to my ear.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

You will frequently hear wanna in spoken English, and I imagine you're aware that this is very informal. Try to avoid putting it in writing. Want to contains the same number of letters, so it shouldn't cause you any difficulty to write it correctly.
