Hello,

i need a name of an occupation. How do you call a person, a chemical technician, who mixes colours in a chemical company? Are there, maybe, two expressions for this particular occupation?

Thank you!

Why not a chemical technician or just color mixer?

I'm not sure I agree with you on this. I would call chemical engineering a profession, not an occupation. I think that the job described is one which does not require advanced (i.e. university) education, and for that reason is not a profession. Of course I know nothing about the technical aspects of this occupation, so I'm waitng for corrections.:)
