Smile With Or Without A Hyphen

Hi, I need some help with some formal versions of written English:
    the 60 meter hurdles
    the 60-meter hurdles
    the 60 meters hurdles
    And if it's for girls,
the girls' 60 meter hurdles / the girl's 60 meter hurdles
    the girls' 60-meter hurdles / the girl's 60-meter hurdles
the girls' 60 meters hurdles / the girl's 60 meters hurdles

    Thanks a lot.
