Having already answered your questions, I now wonder if I've done your homework. If that is the case, please do not request help of this kind in the future, as we do not do or correct homework.

Hi,

Thanks for the help. Not that i am doing any home work, i need these answers to guide my students as i am a teacher but have experienced quite confusing questions from the students

riquecohen is right. B is both correct and the answer the writer of the exercise expects.

However, if one of your students comes up with A, don't say that it is wrong; say that it is a possible utterance in English, though it has a different meaning - B is the answer we expect.

Unless he will work hard, he'll fail the exams is possible with the meaning: Unless he is willing to work hard... I know this is unlikely, but I prefer not to tell students that a construction is wrong if it is possible, however unlikely it might be.
