    -ing or not?

    Good evening,
I'm translating a list: should I use the -ing form at the beginning of every new issue?
    For example:

    • being the future management of...? OR
    • be the future management of...?

    thank you very much!

It very much depends on what words you use to introduce the list. Can you let us know these words? Without knowing them, I feel that both being and be can be omitted, and possibly the.

Even more context would be helpful. For example:

    My personal ambitions are
    :

It would also be useful to give the full version of at least two of the ambitions.

    Re: -ing or not?

I wish I had more context! It's a Powerpoint presentation, the slides are rather short.

    Thank you all the same!

    Re: -ing or not?

You don't need "future" in there. (All goals or ambitions concern the future anyway.) Perhaps:
    .
    Goals:
    .
to become part of the management of IP
    to go hangliding
    .
I gotta go. (You get the idea.)
