    Which ones are more common in everyday English?
    I'll have / take / get a blood test tomorrow
    I'll have / take / get an X-ray tomorrow
    I'll have / take / get an injection tomorrow.

    . While they all seem possible in AmE, I've eliminated the least likely. I cannot say that one is more common than the others.

    If you already have an appointment then "I'm going to have..." is more appropriate.

    I agree with bhaisahab regarding "going to." My original choices remain unchanged.
