    Which is acceptable in the blanket, my or his ?

    To be a poloce officer is something I love and something that helps others. I'll be proud that I am one of them who do a lot for __________ country. (my, his)

    Neither. Your referent is "them", so it needs to be plural "their". I don't much like 'them' here though.
    I'll be proud that I am one of those [people] who do a lot for their country.
