    Now That/If

Now that I was all of your problems, why were you quiet?

    Or should i say

If I was all of your problems, why were you quiet?

What are you trying to say? Neither of your sentences make sense.
A is apparently implying that since s/he was the cause of all of B's problems, then B should have been more talkative? What's the context?

You could say, "If I was the cause of all your problems, why were you so quiet". (That might mean something to you).

    Re: Now That/If

B left A, they broken up.She said A was the cause/reason of all her wrong things. So He says "As/Since/Now that I was the cause of all your problems (etc), why were you quiet? (Like why u didnt let me know)

My dictionary says As/Since/Now that for the word in Turkish.I wonder "As/Since/Now that" goes with a sentence starts with "why"

    Re: Now That/If

If I was the cause of all your problems, why didn't you speak up sooner?
... why didn't you let me know?
... why did you keep quiet about that?
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

    How about:

"If I was all of your reasons? If I was your every reason?

Those don't sound very natural to me.

(Note that this is one of the times when "If I was" is correct, rather than "If I were" since we are assuming a past that is true, not an unreal past.)
