    Been and Being

    Hello everybody

    Does anyone knows the diference between "been" and "being"?
    The sound is similar, but the writing is diferent...

    'Being' is the present participle/gerund of 'be'.

    'Been' is etymologically the past participle of 'be', and also, on occasion, a suppletive past participle of 'go', as in

    Have you ever been to Paris?
