    being good at/in

    Dear teachers and friends:

    Could you please shed some light on this?

    I am not good in/at being subtle or polite.

    Which one is right?

    NOT A TEACHER.

    "At" is certainly correct. While I wouldn't use "in" in your example, I wouldn't feel confident saying it's incorrect, either.

    Yes. "At" is correct. I wouldn't use "in" either. I'm comfortable saying that it's incorrect.
