    hot money,school financial assistance scheme

    1) I am writing a letter to request for a school financial assistance scheme in order to have the school fee reduced.

Is there any website I can find the powerful expression or phrases to impress the relevant officer for granting the assistance.

    2) Talking about the economy is flourishing, what does it mean of 'hot money'

    1. No. What you need to do is show both why you have a need for the financial assistance AND why you are deserving of the assistance. There are no set phrases to convince the reader of your letter of these things.

    2. No idea. Could we see the full context/full sentence?
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.

"The current boom has been created by the influx of hot money. What flows into the real economy is actually not that much. Hence salary hikes by many companies may only makes inflation or even be lower."
