    which one is correct?

    Please find attached corrected / correct document for your reference.

    We confirmed / confirm the document is correct / corrected.
    They could both be correct. If you are saying that the right document is attached, use "correct". If you are saying that you have changed the document in some way to make it correct, use "corrected".
