Date of birth: xx.zz.vv
Marital status: single

In other words, would this be better?

Marital Status: Single

I have no opinion on this. In the US this data never appears on a resume and it is illegal for a prospective employer to ask.

In other countries it's not. And I have no problem providing such information. In fact, I think employers are entitled to it.

But none of that has anything to do with my question.
