i want issue a warning letter to an employee for not wearing uniform- please find below and correct.
It has come to our notice that this morning you are not in the company uniform while on duty. It is a breach to the established uniform code of the company. You have been advised several times to strictly follow the discipline and office decorum to maintain and keep the image of the organization. usd. 50/- will be deducted from your salary as a token punishment for not adhering the company uniform policy.
Shouldn't that be "I want to issue.." ?
