    Smile What does this sentence mean?

    I don't understand the sentense: They do well with a blanced diet. Please tell me what it means?

    A balanced diet is one which provides ebough of each of the food groups ie protein, carbohydrates etc. A balanced diet should not have too much of any one thing in it.
