    Cool Present Perfect

    Hello!

Is the use of the Present Perfect correct in this case?:

-Have you read his book? If yes, has it changed your life?

Could we also use the past simple here?

    Thank you
    W

Yes, it's correct but you could also say, "Have you read his book? If yes, did it change your life?" I would replace "If yes," with "If so,"

Thank you. Could we use the past simple in both questions?

Could we also use the past simple here? Yes. Has it changed your life for all time? Did it change your life at the the time of reading?
