    Wecome to the forum.

    It's not a grammatically complete sentence, but it makes sense. It's probably the title of an article about special things appropriate to a special time of the year, e.g. Christmas, which produce/can be used as wonderful presents.

    Note the incorrect -s ending on the verb.

    It's not grammatically correct but it (or a variation of it) is often seen in advertisements. A festive treat is an unexpected gift that is suitable for holidays or other celebrations. It is very often, but not necessarily, edible.
